The #JamScam and a Polo Hustling Project

The Harkles have been very busy of late trying to promote their latest hustles, and while the media has reported on their antics, the majority have done so to mock their pretentiousness and arrogance rather than to applaud them milking their titles again. What has been of more importance, but hasn’t been touched upon in any great detail is that Samantha Cohen, the late Queen’s former Assistant Private Secretary, who had resigned but agreed to be the Harkle’s Private Secretary (June 2018 – Oct 2019) gave an interview to the Herald Sun and confirmed some of the negative issues that arose while working for the Harkles.

Cohen’s loyalty to the late Queen has never been in question, and she stated that she was only supposed to work as a Private Secretary for 6 months to allow for a suitable candidate. As it turned out, no one wanted the job which is why she stayed for so long, and when they did find a replacement (I presume Fiona Mcilwham, who was hired in August 2019) apparently they resigned while on the Southern Africa tour during the handover and transition period (and worked out her notice).

“I was only supposed to stay for six months but stayed for 18 – we couldn’t find a replacement for me and when we did we took them on tour to Africa with Harry and Meghan to show them the ropes but they left (quit) as well while in Africa.”

This confirms that many members of staff either resigned as soon as they began working (nannies, personal assistants, and security) with TW, or opted for a transfer. If Mcilwham did resign during the tour, that was probably a wise decision given that at the end of the tour the Harkles released statements on their own secret squirrel website that BP had no idea about, nor had they involved their official staff in this subterfuge. This was followed by the filing of several lawsuits against the media that again was done without the prior knowledge of BP,  the late Queen or C3 and right at the end of an official tour which was highly embarrassing.

This may explain why Harold attempted to throw Mcilwham under the bus over the RAVEC issue, claiming that she failed to inform RAVEC of his offer to pay privately for security that was being withdrawn. Cohen also confirmed that she was one of the 10 members of the Royal Household who had been interviewed in relation to the bullying allegations that had been reported to CH in 2018. It seems that Cohen was likely to have been given permission to discuss these matters from BP as she is fully aware of what she is permitted to discuss. What this does confirm is that bullying (carried out by TW) was likely to have taken place, and was not a ‘culture clash’ or a case of inexperienced members of staff not being able to cope (TW’s followers claim the staff were too inexperienced and believed they were bullied as they were incompetent). Cohen was highly experienced and knew more about the protocols than Harold and TW, hence why she was asked to assist them and if she felt bullied by the Harkles, then it adds weight to the severity of the allegations.

What this does suggest is that BP/C3 seem to be content for those who were allegedly bullied to publicly make some comments, because to silence a victim is even worse than covering it up. However, I don’t think the floodgates will open as some might still be traumatised and don’t wish to go public, especially with the vitriolic cult attacking anyone that criticises the Harkles.

  • 11 April ~ Harold ditches the last day of the BetterUp jolly and hops down to Wellington, Florida to participate in a discussion for Sentebale in preparation for the Royal Salute Polo Challenge the next day.
  • 12 April ~ Harold and TW arrive at the Grand Champions Polo Club (owned by Marc Ganzi and  Melissa Ganzi who probably lent their private jet for the duo to use) and use the Sentebale charity match as a film set for Harold’s documentary on the world of polo. Cameras followed the duo where TW posed for orchestrated content that included Serena Williams and of course Nacho and his wife Delfina (plus a useful prop that of their daughter). The invisible children were present (NOT) because they are invisible, and even Nacho asked why they weren’t there. TW, as usual was dressed for the cameras with high stilettos, and patchy self-tan, and what can only be described as a messy tangled hair.
  • A huge faux pas took place when Harold was presented a trophy by TW even though he wasn’t the captain with an orchestrated kiss on the podium. TW then refused to move when a member of Sentebale joined on the stage for photos and stood next to Harold (patron) and forced her to stand next to her instead.
  • 13 April ~ Harold remains in Florida to play at being a filmmaker at the National Polo Center, shooting content for a Archewell Production that he hopes to flog to Netflix. He follows the Valiente team, and this is where most of the content for the documentary will be created. Few seem to be excited or interested in the project, instead, the media focus on Harold’s poor polo skills and his cruelty to polo ponies in the past. TW is seen hugging Delfina and her daughter as no other pals seem to be available.
  • 15 April ~ The courts deliver a costs order for Harold on his attempt to apply for judicial review. Harold requested a 50-60% reduction but was given 10%, only because of a procedural delay in delivering some documents. https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Costs-Order-Duke-of-Sussex-v-Secretary-of-State-for-Home-Department.pdf. The order also included details stating that Harold had breached the confidentiality ring, and that most of the claims submitted were speculative, that all the claims had been rejected by the court, and that the case had failed with no chance of an appeal.

    5. There is no merit in this “partial success” submission. As I have already said, the judicial review claim failed on all of the pleaded grounds, including grounds 6A, 6B and 6C. The fact that the court did not accept each and every submission of the defendant as to the path to take towards dismissal of the claim does not alter the fact that the claimant comprehensively lost. (Sir Peter Lane)

  • Harold’s legal team have stated they will appeal the decision, and have sought leave to appeal from the Court of Appeal. Given that there has been no error made in interpreting the law and that there is no new evidence as the case was based on Harold’s assumptions and expectations of what he believed he was entitled to, it is highly unlikely that any permission to appeal would be granted. The reaction from the People is one of anger, that 10% of public money will be used to fund Harold’s vendetta against the country, media, and the monarchy.
  • 15 April to present day ~ The #ScamJam or #JamScam project from TW’s ARO (American Riviera Orchard) has a soft launch as various faux pals and social media influencers post images of what looked like a bird bath filled with manky looking lemons, wilted flowers and a pot of strawberry jam. The majority of the public have mocked the PR stunt, especially as it was only one jar with a pretentious cloth top cover and each label was numbered from a batch 1-50.

A handwritten note from TW accompanied each promotional offering, while most recipients wrote corny and exaggerated  messages of delight over a jar of sugar, lemon and strawberries. Some even posted videos of them eating bread and jam, like it was some new invention, while reports claim some celebrities returned the bird bath with the jam.

To date, less than 10 people have promoted the ARO jam, and most  posted the images on their disappearing Instagram stories

  • 17 April ~ Harold addresses the Travalyst AGM in a video message where he struggled to keep up with his script, and seemed confused about what he was trying to say. No one really knows what Travalyst does and companies sign up as a marketing write off for publicity to tick the box for being eco-friendly and responsible.

“Travel and tourism relies on destinations, held together by communities, without which we have nowhere to travel to. Communities are the beating heart of travel, and we must do better by the people who are the custodians of the places we visit.”

  • 24 April ~ Harold appears in a video message at the Service Members of the Year Awards in Washington D.C. The video clip (filmed by the looks of things at the backdoor in the corner of a house) appears to have been at the behest of Kenneth Fisher, from Fisher House one of the sponsors, but Harold isn’t introduced or mentioned, just a, ‘Please direct your attention to the screens for a special presentation,’ where the Invictus Games was mentioned in passing as having a partnership with Fisher House.

The award was given to Sergeant First Class Elizabeth Marks, whose biography includes many achievements including participating and winning at the Paralympics, however, the IG are not listed (indicating that they are not prestigious). After Harold’s video clip ended, there were a few short claps (evidenced by the audio and video footage ) —one could say the silence and lack of clapping was akin to a military snub and booing. From what I heard, there was no official mention of Harold at all by anyone that evening, and it gives an indication of how he is viewed by the real US military (no respect) and not those who have to smile and have their photo taken with him or TW. (https://www.servicemembersoftheyear.org/watch/ (37-40 min mark). The award was not presented by Harold, but by General James Mingus. Harold wasn’t invited it seems, nor should he as he has no place at such an event, (or perhaps he was too busy making jam in the kitchen?) but has been criticised for wearing decorative medals at the event as being pretentious. Some also note that he didn’t appear to wear a Coronation medal, either because he didn’t have one (as he left early) or because it is as a snub to his Pa…

  • 27 April ~ Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, the former wife of Justin Trudeau (Canadian Prime Minister) gives an interview contradicting TW’s account of their friendship. Sophie says she knows her, but has spent little time with her, appearing to distance herself from the ‘Toxic Woman’ (TW originally was coined as That Wife, but there are many connotations, so as not to be accused of using the name to gain attention as the cult have claimed!). Perhaps Sophie is of no use to TW now?

As you can see, there was a flurry of PR events but they were blink and miss events that some media outlets chose to cover, most mocked them, and the public commented on how much they loathe the pair and demand that the titles (their only selling point) be stripped, and Harold and his line to be removed from the LoS. That’s the typical run of things these days where people take to the comments section to express their disapproval of Harold and TW, and there is very little if any support for them from the public.

While some claim that he and the invisible issue are too far down the line to matter, that was the mistake the late Queen or her aides made when they thought the Harkles would be too far down the line to cause any damage to the monarchy. Currently, the invisible issue sit at 6th and 7th place in the line of succession, and will be elevated upon C3’s death so it is prudent to put the House of Windsor in some kind of  ‘legal’ and formal order before that happens before the People rebel. When you have fence sitters and members of the aristocracy who voice concerns over the legitimacy of the current line of succession, a wise monarch would do well to put in safeguards not only for the sake of their own reign, but for the future stability of the House of Windsor.

Meanwhile, the press and the public are mocking the D listers who opted to promote the ARO jar of fruit and sugar on their social media. More leaks suggest that no one is interested in working for the brand, and that people have been trying to return the jars. However, did the influencers fall foul of Instagram guidelines by failing to add a ‘paid partnership label’?

Harold’s next scheduled visit to the UK is on 8 May 2024 for the Invictus Games anniversary service at St Paul’s Cathedral at 5pm. Will he stay for more than a day and visit any family members, or will they wish to see him given that it is the anniversary of VE Day and there will be services and remembrance events held around the country during the day? To be honest, I doubt that many people will even notice Harold’s arrival on the day or even care such is his unpopularity. As for the bid for the next Invictus Games to be held in Birmingham (that is bankrupt), at a cost of £26 million in government funds, surely that money would be better spent on veterans who are homeless, who need medical care, and who are struggling to eat (longterm issues), or to find jobs instead rather than a week long sporting event?
